14-day withdrawal period for the EU
When shopping on our website, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods and custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your bank account within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
