THE DREAM. by Georgi, Krasi, and Angela
How better sleep affects productivity + giveaway, to convince you too
We start with "The Overman" – Georgi Nenov.

He is most popular for his podcast "The Superhuman with Georgi Nenov," while fewer people know that he is dedicated to training (and winning medals in) jiu-jitsu. This is the sport that helps him in every aspect of life, but most importantly in the recently emerged and perhaps most important role – that of a young dad. How does he manage to find more and more time and energy for everything he is involved in?
Georgi chose to sleep on a mattress MagniStretch and a pillow MagniProtect to monitor the quality of his sleep with Garmin Vivosmart 5.

We have seen him run for 55 hours, pull trucks, do 1000 exercises a day, and survive in the Brazilian jungle. Now he faces other challenges that he has set for himself: to go to the CrossFit Games in the USA, to travel around the Black Sea, to reach Antarctica, to run for a whole year from Mongolia to Bulgaria... Krasi is a person for whom life not only does not end at 50, but is just beginning.
How quality sleep affects a person who can easily take a power nap even on stones, learn from him in the video below.
Krasia chose to sleep on a mattress MagniStretch and a pillow MagniProtect and to monitor the quality of her sleep with Garmin MARQ Athlete.

Angela has dedicated herself to general physics and the vast cosmos in addition to all her other commitments. However, how does she manage to successfully combine work, studying, photography, and sports in her daily life?
Learn from the video below.
Angela chose the mattress Armonia Dual – a medium-firm mattress with Dual Core technology, combining two cores in one common cover, as well as the tracker Garmin vivosmart 5.
But to understand why sleep is so important for the physical and mental health and endurance of athletes (in particular, but also for all people in general), we need to look at what happens in the absence of quality sleep.
What does science say?
A number of studies show that poor quality and insufficient quantity of sleep lead to significant impairments. On a mental level, sleep deprivation reduces the ability for quick reactions and clear thinking. People deprived of quality sleep are more likely to make wrong decisions and take uncalculated risks. Lack of sleep also increases irritability and the risk of anxiety and depression.

Physically, the lack of sleep increases the risk of many medical problems – type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease, and stroke. When they do not get enough sleep, athletes and anyone leading a more active lifestyle suffer from reduced productivity, increased risk of illness, lower immunity, and less energy.
What did we learn?

To verify this firsthand, we equipped three super active individuals with Magniflex mattresses & Garmin trackers and... left them to sleep.
What happened?
"I came to the conclusion that with my previous mattress, I had the same results with more sleep as I do now with less," shares Georgi Nenov with us.
And Krasi Georgiev adds, "Before, when I used to wake up early again and it seemed like I wasn't getting enough sleep, I would say to myself – I am overworked from training. But when we changed the mattress, for the same amount of time, for those 5-6 hours, I started to feel more refreshed."
